The popularity of the videogames has been extended and taken into new scenarios, becoming something not just for men but also for women, a new sector that has become fan of these games.
The Entertainment Software Association, which represents the companies that manufacture the electronic games, points out that in the United States, women from 25 years old and older have acquire most knowledge about games from the ones that have been included in the cell phones sold during the year 2006.
The study made by ESA has shown that women spend two more hours of the week playing games in relation to the year before. 30% of these young women are over 18 years old, according to the investigation.
