As a continuation of the will of international expansion and new markets, MGA wanted to be present in the last edition of the Game Time International EXPO contest, that celebrates annually in the World Trade Center of Taipei.
The General Manager of Machines Games Automatics, Juame Riera, went to the Asian lands accompanied by Josep Carreras, technical director of the Company, in order to check and bring back the last novelties in leisure.
It was highlighted specially the great affluence of people as well as an increase in gambling machines, against the massive presence of amusement machines of previous editions. In the amusement part it could only be found machines of the redemption type, a representation of machines A, as well as crane and similar.
In the gaming sector there were the multiplayer machines, such as roulette, blackjack, baccarat or craps, in the mechanic version and also the electronic version.
As a novelty, there were brought up virtual cards games and some others based in high quality three-dimensional graphics.
In the case of international representation, there was an emphasis on Shuffle Master, and its most recent Stargames acquisition for the Asian southeast and Sega, that was present through the distributor of this zone.
