Law against Illegal Gambling is working
The money collected is 39% more than in the first 7 months
As a result of the politics executed against illegal gaming, and since the approval of Law 13470, there was a noticeably increase in the collection from quiniela, according to what was informed by the Lottery and Casino Institute of the Province.

And so, the Law for the sanction and prevention of illegal gambling “starts to show some positive results” which are being shown directly in the “needs” of the community.

In the past month of July, the income of the quiniela game was 145,241,077 pesos, being the daily betting media of 5.6 million pesos.

Franco La Porta, inspector of the IPLyC, pointed out that “without commercial locals being increased and making stronger the role that the Institute has as an administrator and regulator of gambling games, it was possible to increase the profits of the quiniela which are destined to education”, and he added that “with no other game in the province, profits will keep on growing thanks to the regulation that is being applied in the organism, which implies more money contributed to the State provincial”.
