A press release said a recently appointed member of the state Gaming Board has won thousands of dollars at casinos despite being a hard critic of gambling.
According to a tax return form published, former representative Mark McNaughton won more than $15,000 between 2003 and 2006.
According to the Philadelphia Inquirer McNaughton didn't disclose the winnings on his state ethics forms, for what he’s being criticized now.
McNaughton said he didn't think he had to report them.
