Discrimination on the Gambling Law of the United States
According to the World Commerce Organization (OMC)
The OMC has expressed that the law that regulates online chance games in the United States, is discriminatory. This fact could lead to sanctions to Washington in case they oppose to make the wanted changes in the legislation that regulates bets on the Internet.

The report made by the OMC pronounces Antigua and Barbuda right; it has been determined that the United States hasn’t changed the regulation that has been declared as discriminatory towards the casinos that operate across sea.

The OMC claims that the United States can restrict online gambling, although the norms have to apply to the American operators who allow horse betting in the Net. Washington might appeal the decision, but there hasn’t been any news about whether they will or not.

After the announce of the OMC, there was noticed a serious increase of London stocks, which also coincided with the presentation of the European Gaming & Betting Association that has the intention of promoting a highly competitive market with justice and good regulation in Europe. The Justice Court of Europe has supported the legality of the companies dedicated to online gambling.
