During an interview he was having, somehow the conversation ended in this bet, the interviewer says: “He was the one that came up with it. It came up in a moment of the interview, when I told him that if he didn’t finish the season with 20 goals, it would have to be considered as a failure”.
To that, Sergio answered with a risky tone: “And what do I get in exchange?”. Then, live in the show, the bets started and the following arrangement was settled: “If he gets the 20 goals, the interviewer has to crop his hair, and if not Agüero has to dye his hair red and white”.
It’s going to be a tough mission to accomplish because, until now, he has only made three goals in the last 12 matches of the League and one in the Copa del Rey. That means that he has 25 league-matches left to yell 17 times and be saved from the dying. “I hope I have to cut my hair, but I’m afraid he is going to have to walk around for a week with his hair painted”, says the interviewer.
