Five of the imputed, among them the president of the company BetOnSports, have been arrested and will have to explain to the justice the reasons for evading 3,300 million dollars in taxes because of accepting illegal bets on the web.

The North American justice accused over 11 people, some of them are well-known celebrities, of violating the law that prohibits bets and other chance games on Internet.

According to the information given by the Department of Justice of the United States, the British president of BetOnSports, David Carruthers, is among the accused.
